Where the products come from
Every unit we sell is purchased in South Korea from official retail channels and carried to Dhaka in its original, sealed packaging. Nothing is repackaged, decanted, relabelled or “imported in bulk” from a third country. What Koreans are buying in Seoul this season is what arrives at your door.
How to verify a batch code yourself
Korean brands print a manufacturing batch or lot number on every product. Most also publish a way to check it. Before you open anything, and before you pay the courier if you prefer, do this:
- Find the code. Look on the bottom of the box or the crimp of the tube. It is usually a short mix of letters and numbers, often next to a manufacturing date written year-first (for example 2026.03.14).
- Check the seal. Our parcels arrive with the brand’s own factory seal intact. If a seal is broken or missing, do not accept the parcel; call us instead.
- Look it up. Each brand’s official site or customer service can confirm a batch. When you order, our confirmation call tells you exactly where to check for the specific brand you bought.
- Compare the details. Ingredient list, font, colour of the print and the shape of the cap should match the brand’s official product photos exactly. Counterfeits are usually caught on one of these.
Why cash on delivery
Because trust runs one way at the start. You should not have to pay a brand you have never heard of before you hold the product. Pay the courier when the sealed parcel is in your hands. Delivery is ৳ 60 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 outside.
Why we call before shipping
A one-minute phone call confirms your address, your choice of shade or size, and that you actually placed the order. It prevents wrong parcels and fake orders, which keeps our prices honest for everyone.
